Team 28: Human 2.0

Harry Jenkins discussed an important matter regarding the next phase of human evolution. His main point is that we can only survive in the future through collaborations with other knowledgeable people.  Not just people who think like us, but those who think very differently from us. We all have to learn to peaceably agree with each other but not completely combine our thought processes into one or eliminate our individuality. Through this our social skills and cultural knowledge will drastically adapt. I completely agree with Harry Jenkins because the only way we humans can continue to grow and learn is through teamwork. Through teamwork, partners challenge each other’s thoughts and ideas. By combining concepts and individual knowledge, a more in-depth product is created. Too many people nowadays are too independent and do not benefit themselves through communication and collaboration. In order for the next phase of human evolution to be successful, that must change.
