The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) will soon be rolling out a mobile device app which will allow drivers to file a complaint against an unsafe and aggressive drivers. All complaints filed will be kept in a NHAI records for that vehicle and police will decide if further action is needed. In addition to making reports on poor drivers, the app also allows users to let the NHAI of unsafe road conditions as well. The app would not only create a safer driving environment, but it will provide a tool for alerts and directions. The app will be up and running and ready for public use by December.
