KIOSK Information Systems
The future continues to look bright for the information systems/self-service solutions industry, as the merger of two major companies was announced last month. Posiflex will buy shares of KIOSK in cash for roughly $105 million dollars, which will widen the customer base significantly for each of the companies. The combining of the two corporations will continue to enhance their abilities to provide customers with one system that has the "total solution" for all customer needs pertaining to self-service automation platforms. With this merger, the two paramount companies will further advance their technologies and will continue to aid in the growth of the materializing "Internet of Things" (IoT) applications, which enhances the customization of the systems for its users.
